Live training session information
This is the calendar for live training sessions for those migrating from LearnLive platform v1 to v2. These training sessions will be held via Webex at the times and dates listed below. The Webex link and call-in information for each session will be posted about one week prior to the session start date.
Training sessions are broken down into 12 basic units that cover all aspects of the LearnLive platform. They are grouped together for convenience. Each training module is repeated, on average, every 4 to 6 business days.
Please bookmark this page and check it regularly, as we plan to extend the calendar farther into May and June 2014 as necessary.
Instructions:
No RSVP is required for these sessions, and they are open to any customer currently in the migration process or already migrated to v2. Follow these instructions:
- Be sure you have the Webex application installed on your computer (see http://www.webex.com).
- Click the Webex link listed for the session you want. Be aware that if there is another training unit happening before your unit, and you arrive early, you may see and hear us discussing the last unit.
- Dial in using the toll-free number provided, and use the meeting access code listed.
We welcome questions and discussion, however if you are not speaking, please leave your phone on "mute" to cut down on the background noise so that the audio experience is better for everyone.
All times below are listed in Pacific Daylight Savings Time (PDST), that's GMT-7:00 if you're outside the US.
